Healing Hero Award: Recently endorsed VCN Chaplain Goes Above and Beyond
Humbly submitted by Chaplain Scott Boyles, Bristol Regional Medical Center, Bristol, TNorse

One of our newly endorsed hospital chaplains forwarded the following recognition:
Randy,

I hope all is well with you! Thank you so much for remembering my birthday last month!

I know it’s too early for my semi-annual report, but I just didn’t want to wait any longer to share the email below with you. At the bottom of the FWD please see the announcement of how my organization has honored me this month.

Thank you so much to you and the Venture Church Network Chaplaincy for endorsing me, so I can provide meaningful spiritual care here in Bristol!

In Him,

Scott

Healing Hero Award:

“Congratulations to Scott Boyles for receiving the Bristol Regional Medical Center Healing Hero Award!  The Healing Hero Award is unique to Bristol Regional and honors those team members, volunteers, and physicians who are nominated for going above and beyond in living out our mission of honoring those we serve by delivering the best possible care. Scott serves as Bristol Regional’s chaplain, whose job is to provide spiritual care to patients and families. Scott truly goes above and beyond in all that he does, caring deeply for not only our patients and their families, but also for the staff of Bristol Regional. Scott is a constant presence within all areas of the hospital, always checking in on staff. He has provided much needed support throughout the pandemic, and truly has a heart of gold. We are so proud to have Scott on our team!”
