North Mountain Church, a Conservative Baptist congregation in north Phoenix, is seeking a Lead Pastor to guide the church into its next season following the retirement of their current pastor.

Multigenerational and ethnically diverse congregation
Strong ministries in worship, discipleship, outreach and youth
Active community engagement, including food outreach and school supply drives

Ideal Candidate:
Biblically grounded and aligned with Baptistic beliefs
Passionate expository preacher with sound theology
Relational, approachable, and community-minded
Skilled in leadership development and equipping others
Experience in pastoral ministry and a clear call to shepherd

Qualifications:
Testimony of faith in Jesus Christ
Proven pastoral and leadership experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to relocate to or near north Phoenix
