It has been a blessing to continue getting updates from our VCN churches about all that has been happening this summer and to see people of all ages stepping up and serving their local communities and those around the world. We want to share a few more this week as we continue to spread the Gospel all over the world and spur each other on in word and good deed!
Church on a Hill in San Jose took a group to Guatemala to serve the community by helping provide a new clean water system.
Arcade Church served alongside Molinas in Mexico and Iglesias del Oeste in their mission to serve and care for the pastors of San Quintín. What an amazing blessing!
Desert Springs Community Church took a group to Osaka, Japan. They participated in homeless ministry putting on a service for a church that almost exclusively ministers to the homeless. This all led up to a four day VBS program hosted by J-House. Believe it or not our team did two different VBS programs each day! It was amazing to minister to so many students and our team was able to have so many Gospel conversations. Some students even chose to place their faith and trust in Jesus!
Palmcroft Church Anthem took a group of high school students through a 12-week training program called SMI (Student Missionary Internship), and they headed out to Gallup, New Mexico. There, they served the community by running multiple VBS programs and sports camps.
